Parcours

First day of autumn...
New season, new chapters.

In the garden, I’m impatiently awaiting the arrival of the figs, hoping to catch the birds off guard and prepare a few recipes with my own figs (not sure, they managed to eat all the plums before I did).

After a full year restructuring my garden, I’m also dreaming of getting back to the mountains. Between the rains of July and the heat of August, I haven’t managed to find the right time.

I also make my own herbal teas, finally having a base of plants from my own production. If you need some herbal tea ideas to fight the autumnal fatigue, download my free guide. The link is in the bio, or DM if you have any questions.

The restructuring of the garden continues, my head is full of plans and I’m trying not to be too impatient. (It’s hard).

What are your plans for this autumn? Tell me everything about it! I’d love to know.

The first sip of tea ☕️🫖
For my French-speaking followers, this title is a nod to Philippe Delerm's book, 'La première gorgée de bière et autres plaisirs minuscules.' (The first sip of beer and other small pleasures. )

It’s about those 'almost nothing' moments that turn our everyday lives into 'almost everything' and have an irresistible charm.
The first sip of tea in September has a special flavor: the air has just turned cool enough to make enjoying a warm cup of tea truly delightful again.

The first sip of tea in September has a special meaning for me: it marks the completion of the work on my cabin, which is now officially a studio :). It’s also my first experience of sharing an intuitive herbal tea with a tester, and the start of transforming the outside into a medicinal tea garden and a space for meditation and relaxation.

If you’d like to learn more about these changes, check out my latest blog post where I tell you everything! In the meantime, here’s a sneak peek at the work so far...

A big thank you to Sabrina from @lateliernumerosept who helped me bring my vision to life with her décor advice!

And if you love herbal teas as much as I do, download my free ebook "5 Common Herbs for Stress Relief and Better Sleep". The fall fatigue epidemic is just around the corner, and it’s so easy to prepare yourself to face it with serenity!

This will be our very last experience this year open to everyone!

Dear friends, THANK YOU! To all the wonderful people who made this adventure possible, who trusted me, who offered me their smiles, their enthusiasm, and their curiosity. True friendships were born around the fire, and I am infinitely grateful to the Universe for allowing me to cross paths with these new friends. Those I haven’t seen again will also forever remain in my heart.

These past two years have been amazing, and I’m excited to continue the adventure in a slightly different form.

After two years, it’s easier to assess your needs and desires. Birthdays, retirements, family reunions: these are the reasons behind your group bookings, which have steadily increased over time.

Starting in October, the experience will be reserved for groups of at least 6 people. We’ll keep the group size to a maximum of fifteen to maintain the intimate aspect of this experience (I’m still not a catering service, and I don’t wish to be). You will continue to be the main participants in this exceptional day. You’ll cook, set the table, eat, laugh, and share every moment. Together. At the end of the day, no one will say, “We didn’t have much time to talk, we were at the other end of the table, maybe next time?”

The day’s program doesn’t change: a moment of intense sharing, connecting with those you love, with nature, with the fire. A seasonal menu, entirely prepared over a wood fire, from appetizers to dessert. A time for dialogue with the plants. A place that invites joy. A day to draw a big smile on your face.

If you’d like to experience the day individually or as a couple, now is the time to sign up for September 8th. Send me a message or follow the link in my bio.

If you want to experience a family or friends’ event differently, to truly share memories that you’ll often talk about, send me a message and let’s create it together!

If you’d like me to still organize one or two individual days next year, send me an emoji in the comments.

Looking forward to meeting you on the green part of life !
The languorous grace of summer in the garden...
In summer, my garden vacillates between gentleness and strength, light and shade, at once distant and near, immersed in a sensual siesta that keeps my senses alert, on the lookout for the slightest breath of wind, the spot of light that will transform everyday life into enchantment.

We’re about to return to normal life, and that makes me both joyful and nostalgic. To emerge from my mini retreat, to get back to work at the keyboard, to restart the machine, to prepare some beautiful content for you - yes, of course!
But the end of each summer also means the end of a chapter, sometimes even an entire book. So, before all that, let’s savour a few more moments of our personal paradise.

🪻🌻🪻

A blackcurrant cake, the first satisfaction of my gardening debut!

My first year of gardening began, er... under torrents of rain, a (Dantesque) invasion of slugs, weeds, mildew and other barbaric words, the importance of which I quickly learned, have no doubt! A normal first year, if I’ve understood correctly 😁

I can tell you that my first harvest of blackcurrants (inherited from the previous gardener) was a real feast and this cake the reward for hard work!

I stole the recipe from @swissmilk_officiel (thank you) and added a little blackcurrant icing. Spectacular and delicious!

From today, in addition to my nature and wood-fired cooking posts, I’ll also be telling you about my adventures in the garden. A new project as fun as delicious and full of nature!

It’s Midsummer today !
The longest day of the year, for those of us who are rather rational.
For others, the day of the year when connection between Heaven and Earth is the most auspicious.
Well… anyway, it’s a beautiful day ( even if here, sun forgot to say hello this morning)
I wish you a happy Midsummer day dear friends, may it be full of friends, family and joy !
