Potato salad with radishes

- 800 g of firm potatoes when cooked
- 2 bunches of radishes
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 or 2 hard-boiled eggs
For the sauce:
- 3-4 tbsp of Greek yogurt
- ½ tbsp of mustard
- 2 tsp of mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper
Cook and cool potatoes. Peel and cut into quarters, then into small slices.
Thinly slice the radishes and chop the chives.
Chop the hard-boiled eggs.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Prepare the sauce by whisking the yogurt, mustard and mayonnaise until the sauce is smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
